• Minimize the normalized energy of resonant tank, which is given by

  $E_{tank}=\frac{(L_rI_{L_rPk}^2+C_rV_{C_rPk}^2)f_r}{2V_oI_{oMax}}$

The reason for using the peak value rather than the instantaneous value is that the sizes of $L_r$ and $C_r$ depend on the peak current and peak voltage.

1. Select $R_n$ to minimize $E_{tank}$, so $R_n=0.1$

2. set the current source $I$ at $I_{oMax}$ as load and $f_s$ at $f_{sMin}$. $I_{oMax}=1A,\ f_{sMin}=10MHz$
